Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that has been damaged, please call 1.800.778.4644 immediately.
We will replace that item as quickly as possible and send a UPS representative to
pick up the damaged goods.
Order Turnaround Times
Each order placed online will be processed within 1-2 business days. If the item
is in stock, you can expect your order to ship out no more than 2 business days
from your date of purchase. If the item is out of stock, a customer service associate
will contact you immediately to discuss your order’s timeline.
Out of Stock & Price Changes
While we always do our best to provide the most up-to-date information on our website,
we can not guarantee quantities or prices. Should you place an order for an item
that is temporarily not in stock or that has recently undergone a price change,
a customer service associate will contact you before processing your order.
Please note: the inability to guarantee pricing especially applies to sterling flatware
and imported china. Due to fluctuations in the global marketplace, vendors of these
items frequently change their pricing structure. While we do our best to stay on
top of these changes, we might not have the latest information on the website at
the moment you place your order. If you have a question or concern, please call
1.800.778.4644 to check a price before placing your order online.
Returns
Any item that has not been personalized may be returned within 30 days from the
date of purchase for a full refund when returned with a receipt. We can not accept
items without Menagerie receipts or items that were purchased over thirty days prior
to the return.
If you received a gift from The Menagerie that you would like to return, you may
return it without a receipt if you can provide the gift giver’s first and last name
for our records. You need to return your gift within 30 days of receiving the item.
You will receive a store credit for the returned item’s value.

Should an item be damaged during shipment because of an error or mishap on the part
of the shipping agent, The Menagerie is not responsible for replacing said item.
However, we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping agent.
